World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading Upgrades increase the value of certain numeric stats on armor, weapons and rings. Upgrades also increase bonuses such as crit chance and PvE Damage. Utilizing Glyphs Glyph can boost all nodes that are connected to it, so it is recommended to position your Glyphs near the most important nodes of the Graph to maximise the impact. For instance that a Druid should aim to place their Glyphs near their primary damage points, however, you may also want to consider placing them near critical damage nodes too. This means that the same piece of armor will be transformed into an weapon or shield once upgraded. The new item comes with its own set of bonuses. This could be a problem because it can make the item more expensive, even if you don't require it. The upgrades to items can be rerolled if the player has enough reroll tokens in order to do so. This will cause the item to be exchanged for a brand new one, which will come with an initial level and a totally different set of bonus bonuses. This can be beneficial however it shouldn't be done often as it can waste resources. Some upgrades can increase their value and allow players to modify their gear.
